Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across multiple business units

  • Analyze existing operational workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization

  • Work closely with operational teams to ensure processes are aligned with business objectives and operational realities

  • Establish process governance frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance across departments

  • Conduct periodic internal audits to evaluate adherence to approved processes and identify areas for improvement

  • Provide recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and accountability

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in process design, governance, and policy development

  • Previous involvement in organizational process improvement or transformation initiatives

  • Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred to support understanding of operational workflows

  • Demonstrated ability to document and structure operational practices into clear and practical procedures

  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
