Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
2-To archive documented processes.
3- To document and participate in coordination with Business unit users in systems acceptance tests.
Desired Candidate Profile
* University degree preferably in Business Administration / Computer science /engineering degree or related fields
* 0-2 years of experience
* Required certificate/courses:
- BBM Standard Knowledge (intermediate level)
- Fair Knowledge about Six-sigma- Green - Fair Knowledge about ETOM OCEB knowledge (intermediate level)
- Visio Knowledge (intermediate level)
- ITIL Knowledge (intermediate level)
- COBIT
- ISO 27001 / ISMS
- BPMN
- Lean Six Sigma
* Experience in Business Process, Management (BPM), IT Process Management, Process Improvement, Process Automation, IT Service Management, IT Service Management tools, BPM software (e.g., Aris) is preferred
*Required computer skills: Office knowledge excel, word, access, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project (intermediate level)
