Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Ensure the product fit, technical risk assessment, and consumption optimization in the sample stage based on different product sample workflow.

Work with proactive approach to secure product quality early, demonstrate problem solving mindset keeping right business deliveries on time.

Conduct quality inspection on-site at factory.

Maintain great understanding of customer expectations, which you translate to our suppliers and support creating their quality capabilities.

Monitor supplier performance and governance routine follow up.

Desired Candidate Profile

Ensure H&M s brand quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle, from development to customer experience.

Business trips are required.
