• Monitor assembly and wiring of switchgear, control panels, and interface components.
  Monitor integration of transformer bushings, oil levels, PRD, silica gel breather, and cooling systems as applicable.
• Perform stage-wise inspections and ensure compliance with approved ITPs.
• Check panel alignment, busbar clearance, gland plate sealing, cable routing, and relay logic implementation.
• Issue quality alerts or observations during the process if deviations are observed.
• Final Product Quality
• Conduct pre-FAT and FAT inspections, including:
  transformer-specific FAT checks including winding resistance, turns ratio, insulation resistance, and functional checks on protection devices.
• Functional testing: Insulation resistance
  HV dielectric tests
  Relay settings and SCADA simulation
• Support client inspections, third party validations, and punch list clearance.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain QC documentation including checklists, NCR logs, calibration records, and test reports.
• Prepare final QA dossiers for client submission.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Quality Improvement & Compliance
• Initiate and monitor corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Support continuous improvement activities and QMS enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001, and site specific safety standards.
