Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Conduct routine inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Document and report quality issues, non-conformists, and deviations, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field within the food manufacturing industry ( Biscuits / cakes )
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying and resolving quality issues
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site production environment
