Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control systems, ensuring all processes adhere to established standards and regulations, proactively identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough audits and inspections of products, processes, and documentation, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventative measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, etc.) to address quality concerns and implement effective solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in quality principles.
  • Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
  • Shows meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills, crucial for managing quality documentation and processes.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, 8D), evidencing analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Offers 3-5 years of experience in a quality role within the manufacturing or related industry, indicating practical application of quality concepts.
