Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Work with academic and non-academic departments to ensure implementation of quality procedures and policies

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance academic and operational quality

Support monitoring of departmental compliance with operational and academic quality requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Quality Management, Education, Business Administration, or related field

Strong understanding of quality assurance systems in higher education in Oman (OAQAE or equivalent).

Knowledge of national and International accreditation frameworks and Ranking is an advantage

Excellent communication and report writing skills (English required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented, and compliance-driven environment

4 years of experience in quality assurance, accreditation, or academic administration (preferably in higher education)

Experience in internal audits, reporting, or institutional compliance.

Familiarity with quality documentation systems and reporting processes is highly desirable.
