Roles & Responsibilities

As a Quality System Manager, your daily work will revolve around the following activities:

  • Take into account regulatory, normative and customer requirements, and ensure their implementation in the SAESC framework. Obtain and maintain maintenance approvals. Maintain the Quality system. Deliver regulatory training conducted internally by SAESC.
  • To liaise with the authorities to obtain and renew maintenance approvals. To draft the documents required by the authorities and keep them up to date (MOE, capacity lists).
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Implement changes to the quality management system and accreditations and propose changes to the reference framework following audit results, changes in requirements and the company's performance improvement needs.
  • To propose, validate and implement actions (training, communication) enabling a good appropriation of the overall quality management system and its increase in maturity.
  • Prepare for and participate in audits by authorities and clients
  • Create regulatory training materials produced internally and deliver this training to SAESC staff

Desired Candidate Profile

You hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) or an engineering degree with a specialization in quality or industrial engineering, and you have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in production (preferably in the aeronautical sector), as well as solid experience in Quality or Methods, and Part 145 regulations.
