Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities:
- To deploy and maintain the quality management system (QMS/IMS)
- Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements
- Manage internal and external audits and associated action plans
- Prepare for and follow up on certification and renewal audits
- Managing quality indicators (KPIs), non-conformities and corrective actions
- Write, update and structure the quality documentation
- Facilitating management reviews and quality processes
- Driving continuous improvement and the deployment of best practices
- Ensure coordination with internal teams, clients, and auditors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Quality, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management systems (QMS/IMS)
- Proven experience in internal and external audits
- Ma trise des norms ISO 9001, IATF 16949, EN 9100, ISO 14001
- Good mastery of quality tools: 8D, FMEA, QRQC, PDCA, Ishikawa, Pareto, DMAIC
- Experience in an industrial environment (automotive or aeronautical strongly preferred)
- Good level of French and English
- Ability to work in a multi-site and cross-functional environment
