Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
* Management and Maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS): Maintenance and development of the QMS; Internal and External Audits (preparation, implementation and monitoring)
* Management of non-conformities and documentation: Document management, Management of non-conformities and Risk analysis
* Monitoring of Quality performance indicators and Analysis of results
* Continuous Improvement: Implementation of improvement projects; Training and awareness of the quality approach; Work in close interdepartmental collaboration
* Monitoring and Management of external platforms based on Quality Plans in accordance with current requirements
* Assurance of compliance with regulatory standards: Regulatory monitoring, Interface with regulatory authorities and/or their delegates
* Communication and reporting: Communication with central Quality, communication with external stakeholders, reporting on corrective and preventive actions
* Monitoring the qualification of special processes
* Deployment of the Aviation Safety Management System (SMS)
* Monitoring the Qualification of controllers/operators
* Carry out product process audits to evaluate and improve products and
production processes.
* Risk management and PCA
* Management of specificities related to the particular constraints of the sector, such as FOD: Management, Training and awareness, controls and FOD Audits
Job Requirements
* Engineer as academic training
* Experience of at least 03 years in the management of quality management systems in the aeronautics or automotive industry
* Knowledge of EASA standards and aeronautics standards will be an asset
* Skills acquired in quality management and continuous improvement
* Ability to solve complex problems
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Skills acquired in documentation management and audits
* Analytical mind and ability to work in a team
* Leadership and managerial skills
