Quality Technologist Huda Beauty

The Quality Technologist will support the Quality Team by managing quality activities related to products. The position involves close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure ongoing compliance and standardization. Key responsibilities include:

1. Packaging Quality Checks and Approvals

• Review and approve packaging components
• Share packaging approvals with suppliers and contract manufacturers (CMs)
• Ensure consistency with initial specifications and quality standards

2. Finished Goods Approval

• Review and approve samples

• Ensure consistency with initial specifications and quality standards

• Coordinate communication with suppliers regarding sample status and approvals

3. Sample Management (Components & Finished Goods)

• Label and store samples according to internal procedures

• Replace expired samples and ensure up-to-date inventory

4. Supplier Process Follow-up

• Track and follow up with suppliers to make sure requested samples and documents are sent on time.

• Support continuous improvement in sample management and quality control

5. Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain clear and accurate records of all the approvals with all relevant information (SKU, batch number, quantity, reception date, etc.)

• Prepare reports and summaries.

6. Quality Excellence and Strategy Development:

• Collaborate closely with Senior Quality Manager to support the development and execution of a Quality Strategy Plan.

• Execute quality improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence.

• Define and monitor KPIs for continuous improvement.

• Engage internal teams and suppliers to promote quality best practices.
