Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate engineering take-offs (quantities and costs).
- Prepare progress payments and statements for contractors or clients.
- Manage project costs and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review contracts, payment terms, and amendments.
- Handle Variation Orders (VOs) and price adjustments.
- Monitor Materials On Site (MOS) and verify usage ratios.
- Ensure compliance with contracts and technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering field.
- Experience in project cost control and quantity surveying.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of project contracts and budgeting.
