Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to handle the technical and financial aspects of our projects. This is a dedicated office-based role focused on high-level accuracy in measurement, cost estimation, and documentation.

Core Responsibilities

  • Digital Quantity Take-offs: Extracting precise quantities from architectural and structural drawings.
  • BOQ Preparation: Developing detailed Bills of Quantities based on project specifications.
  • Cost Analysis: Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budget comparisons.
  • Documentation: Managing technical data and ensuring all cost-related paperwork is organized and up-to-date.
  • Tender Support: Helping prepare tender documents and evaluating sub-contractor price breakdowns.
