Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil works and facility maintenance projects
• Analyze drawings and specifications to determine quantities and prepare BOQs
• Monitor project expenditure and ensure alignment with budgets
• Manage subcontractor payments, valuations, and interim certificates
• Conduct cost control audits and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to resolve commercial issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE construction standards
• Maintain updated records of project costs, variations, and claims

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
• Strong understanding of civil construction techniques and cost control
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity take-off software
