Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Reviewing construction drawings and preparing detailed quantity take-offs.

  • Preparing and reviewing monthly valuations, invoices, and payment certificates.
  • Preparing contractor and client statements, including variations and change orders.
  • Reviewing and evaluating contracts, ensuring compliance with project specifications and commercial requirements.
  • Analyzing project costs, preparing cost reports, and forecasting project budgets.
  • Conducting risk assessment and identifying cost-impacting factors.
  • Monitoring material usage and coordinating with procurement to maintain cost efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation for all project changes and updating cost plans accordingly.
  • Preparing tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinating with site teams, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to verify progress and quantities.
  • Liaising with external and internal stakeholders regarding financial and commercial matters.

Bachelor s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying (customizable).
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and engineering standards.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Revit.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
