Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents. Monitor and control project budgets and expenditures. Perform cost analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting. Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking. Conduct valuation and contract management activities. Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft 365 (Excel mandatory) for cost and design documentation. Participate in risk assessment and project control processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

Looking for a qualified Quantity Surveyor / Cost Controller with up to 10 years’ experience in infrastructure and villa projects. Must be skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Excel, with strong expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and project budgeting.
