Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Monitor project costs and control budgets.
Review and evaluate contractor progress payments.
Prepare cost estimates and variation orders.
Coordinate with site, technical office, and planning teams.
Track material quantities and cost changes.
Prepare cost reports and financial statements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture).
Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost control, and estimation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (Primavera is a plus).
Good understanding of contracts and measurement methods.
Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
