Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and BOQs.
- Assist in preparing quantities take off from engineering drawings.
- Communicate with suppliers & subcontractors to collect quotations.
- Support drafting and reviewing subcontract agreements.
- Coordinate with site engineers to validate quantities and variations.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and drawings.
- Good command of AutoCAD and Revit, Excel, and measurement software.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering,
- +3 years of experience in QS or cost control.
- Familiarity with cost estimation is a plus.
