Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed feasibility studies and cost analyses to inform project decision-making, ensuring all financial aspects are considered.
  • Prepare accurate bills of quantities (BoQs) by meticulously measuring and quantifying materials required for project execution.
  • Collaborate with project managers and architects to develop comprehensive budgets that reflect the scope and scale of construction projects.
  • Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, providing ongoing reports and forecasts to mitigate financial risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.

  • Professional certification such as MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) is highly preferred, showcasing credibility in the field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or estimating, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction processes.

  • Experience in commercial and residential projects is crucial, showcasing versatility and adaptability in diverse environments.

    Looking for 2-3 years UAE experienced Quantity Surveyor/Estimator for an Interior Fit out company based in Ajman. Candidates should have prior experience in Estimation in Fit out/Construction, MEP, Joinery or related field in UAE. Should be able to commute to Ajman near China Mall. Immediate joiners will be given additional preference. Job Type: Full-time
