Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for infrastructure projects, encompassing all aspects from initial planning to final completion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
  • Conduct thorough value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project efficiency without compromising quality or safety standards.
  • Manage and analyze project costs throughout the construction lifecycle, tracking expenditures, identifying variances, and providing timely financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while mitigating potential risks.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in construction economics and contract administration.

  • Holds professional certifications such as MRICS or equivalent, showcasing a commitment to professional development and ethical practice.

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure projects, with a proven track record of successful cost management.

  • Exhibits a deep understanding of infrastructure project types, including roads, bridges, tunnels, and utilities, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
