Quantity Surveyor – Interior Fit-Out & Contracting Muscat Business & Project Development Co. LLC , Sultanate of Oman

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with extensive knowledge in interior fit-out and contracting work to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end projects and demonstrate exceptional technical, commercial, and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for interior fit-out projects

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and project documents with high accuracy

• Conduct quantity take-offs and material assessments

• Manage project costs from inception to completion

• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate contracts

• Monitor variations, prepare interim valuations, and manage final accounts

• Ensure cost control and financial reporting throughout the project lifecycle

• Perform risk and value engineering analysis

• Liaise with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers

• Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in interior fit-out and contracting works

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and high-end specifications

• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

• Experience working on luxury and high-end projects

• Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills

• High proficiency in cost management software and MS Office

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and reporting skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
