Quantity Surveyor (Infra Pipeline) Emarat Aloula Contracting

We, at Emarat Aloula is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 7 years of relevant UAE experience in pipeline, water transmission, sewerage, infrastructure, utilities, pumping station, water treatment, or desalination projects.

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all cost and contractual aspects of projects, from initial estimates through to final accounts, ensuring alignment with company and client requirements while maintaining cost efficiency and project profitability.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for ongoing and prospective projects.

• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and value engineering to support project budgeting and cost control.

• Review and verify subcontractor invoices, variations, and progress claims.

• Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company standards.

• Monitor and report project financial progress, including cash flow and cost forecasting.

• Support the project team in preparing interim and final payment applications.

• Evaluate change orders, prepare variation claims, and maintain accurate cost records.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers on commercial and contractual matters.

• Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and industry standards.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, correspondence, and cost reports.
