Quantity Surveyors – Ireland | Junior & Senior Positions

A leading and well-established civil engineering contractor is seeking Quantity Surveyors (Junior & Senior levels) for permanent roles in Ireland.

Senior candidates with 7+ years’ experience will be responsible for the commercial management of large-scale water and civil infrastructure projects, with strong on-site involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management and cost control of projects

• Preparation of valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Budget monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting

• Subcontractor procurement and contract negotiation

• Coordination with site teams and project stakeholders

• Mentoring and supporting junior QS staff

Requirements:

• 7+ years’ experience for Senior QS roles

• Experience in civil engineering / infrastructure projects

• Water / utilities project experience preferred

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

• Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
