Quantity Surveyor China State Construction Engineering Corporation ( Middle East) (L.L.C)

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in high-speed railway or large-scale infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.

• Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for railway works including track, stations, viaducts, and associated infrastructure.

• Monitor project costs and identify potential financial risks or savings opportunities.

• Administer contracts, including FIDIC-based contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.

• Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders.

• Prepare interim valuations, payment certificates, and final accounts.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure cost control measures are implemented.

• Review subcontractor agreements and manage procurement processes.

• Support dispute resolution and provide commercial advice to project stakeholders.

• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and financial objectives.
