Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Professional certification such as MRICS, RICS, or equivalent is highly preferred for credibility in the field.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects is advantageous for complex cost management.
- Familiarity with project management software and cost estimation tools to enhance efficiency in reporting.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities to identify issues early and implement practical solutions.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders in the construction process.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions quickly.
