Calculation of quantities and establishment of attachments and situations of subcontractors and making payment.

• Identify and prepare additional items and quantities and submit to the manager.
• Monitor the progress of work and prepare status reports and reports.
• Organize and classify documents.
• Participate in calculating the prices of materials and other costs.
• Write letters to submit to the project owner and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the different parties (project owner, subcontractors, suppliers and different departments).

Have a BAC +3 or more in one of the fields of: Civil Engineering

• Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of contracts and project sales.
• My experience with Autocad and Office Pack software.
• Good command of French and English.
