Roles & Responsibilities

Carry out the on-site surveys (measurements, dimensions, volumes).

  • Analyze the architectural and execution plans.
  • establish the preliminary and detailed measurements of the works.
  • Prepare the quantity and cost estimates.
  • Calculate the quantities of materials, labor and costs required.


  • Mastery of technical plans (structural work, finishing work).
  • Good knowledge of construction standards.
  • Strong skills in calculations and estimations.
