Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: M treur V rificateur
- Study the project file in connection with the architect.
- Possibly take measurements on the ground and make sketches.
- Determine the quantities of materials and the time required to complete each position.
- Select products and materials.
- Make proposals to improve quality and reduce costs.
- Consult suppliers, compare prices, negotiate.
- Establish quotes to be sent to the client.
- Develop a realization schedule.
- Monitor the site, ensuring compliance with deadlines and costs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Profile:
- BTS in surveying minimum.
- Having 05 years of experience minimum.
- Know how to read a specification, a schedule of unit prices.
- Know how to draw an attachment.
- Know how to prepare an invoice.
- Mastery of planning monitoring.
- Know how to follow contractual deadlines, and anticipate litigation.
- Mastery of the calculation of metering.
- Mastery of tendering procedures.
- Mastery of construction standards.
- Master the metering software, Autocad.
