Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs for civil works, excavation, backfilling, and marine projects.
Monitor project budgets, cost control, and equipment usage.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and follow up on payments.
Prepare variation reports and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

Requirements:
Bachelor s or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, preferably in excavation, land reclamation, or marine projects.
Familiarity with local contract regulations and cost management software (e.g., CostX).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Must be based in Bahrain and ready to join.
