Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for civil projects.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure accurate measurement of materials and work done.
  • Review drawings, contracts, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare progress reports and assist in project budgeting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Diploma in Civil

Experience: 4 5 years of experience in GCC (preferred)

Skills: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of QS software, good communication
