Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
Handle client billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Manage variations, claims, and contract administration
Evaluate and certify subcontractor work and payments
Monitor cost control and overall project financial performance
Collaborate with project teams to deliver cost-effective solutions
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying
Strong background in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / EPC projects
Expertise in cost control, SAP,billing, and contract management
Experience handling variations, claims (EOT), and subcontractor management Solid knowledge of BOQ, tendering, and cost estimation
Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Mechanical Engineering/Similar
