Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience: 3+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
Manage contract documentation and procurement processes
Monitor project budgets and track financial progress
Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
Evaluate contractor claims and variations
Prepare progress reports and final accounts
Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
3+ years in quantity surveying (construction industry)
Proficiency in:
- Cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam)
- BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks)
- MS Office (Excel advanced skills essential)
Knowledge of: - FIDIC contracts
- Qatar construction standards
Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
