Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for Civil and MEP works.

  2. Monitor project budgets, variations, subcontractor payments, and cost control activities throughout the project lifecycle.

  3. Evaluate contractor claims, variations, and change orders while ensuring compliance with project contracts and specifications.

  4. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, engineers, and procurement teams for accurate project costing and material planning.

  5. Conduct site measurements and verify work progress for interim valuations and final account settlements.

  6. Analyze project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings, value engineering, and budget optimization.

  7. Maintain accurate records of contracts, billing, progress reports, and commercial documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates must have experience in high-rise and group villa projects

  • Experience with A-tier main contractors is mandatory

  • Candidates must be available in the UAE for face-to-face interviews
