The successful candidate will support cost planning, estimating, and procurement activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of pre-contract documentation and advice.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Contract Cost Management: Assist in the preparation of cost plans, elemental estimates, and feasibility studies.Support the development of tender documentation including BOQs, pricing schedules, and contract conditions.Conduct market research and cost benchmarking to inform estimates.Participate in value engineering and risk analysis exercises.Client & Consultant CoordinationCollaborate with design teams to ensure cost-effective solutions are integrated into project designs.Attend client and consultant meetings to provide cost input and updates.Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders.Documentation & ReportingPrepare and maintain accurate cost reports and project documentation.Support bid evaluations and tender analysis.Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and client requirements.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related field.Must have MRICS.Minimum 8 years of experience with a focus on pre-contract services.Experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred.Familiarity with local market rates, procurement practices, and construction regulations.Skills & AttributesStrong analytical and numerical skills.Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.Effective communicator with good interpersonal skills.Proficient in cost management software (e.g., CostX, Excel).Why choose AtkinsR alis?Tax-free salary.Life insurance coverage.Comprehensive medical insurance coverage.Paid Annual leave.Company gratuity scheme.Discretionary bonus program.Annual flight contribution.Relocation assistance.Transportation & housing allowances.Employee Wellbeing Program: 24/7 access to specialists in finance, legal matters, family care, as well as personal health, fitness, and nutrition consulting
