Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist the SQS in reviewing the Bid summary prepared by procurement.

  • Assist the SQS in raising the advance payment application/interim payment application/final accounts as per the terms of contract/LPO.

  • Assisting the SQS with preparing supporting documents such as highlighted drawings and measurement sheets and coordination on behalf of the SQS for obtaining inspection requests, site work progress reports, material delivery notes, photographs etc. from the site team.

  • Quantity takes off and site measurement as and when required.

  • Assist the SQS in identifying variations that may occur by means of changes to drawings, specifications, timelines, and method of work and subcontractor claims.

  • Assist the SQS to provide further commercial substantiation for variations, if required.

  • Undertake joint work inspection and measurement with subcontractors.

  • Coordinate with the project team to validate the claims made by subcontractors.

  • Review of subcontractor progress claims (invoice) and certification of payment to subcontractors including in-house divisions.

  • Review the subcontractor claims (invoice) in line with submitted interim payment application to the client/consultant.

  • Coordinating with subcontractors for submission of final invoice and conclude final account for the subcontractors.

  • Providing provisions for the subcontractors on monthly basis.

  • Notify the SQS of potential variations to client based on claims made by subcontractors.

  • Undertaking site visits for inspection of site works in regards to preparation of variations, undertaking joint measurements and joint inspections.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience: 5-8 years.
