Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents in accordance with project specifications.
- Evaluate and analyze subcontractor quotations, prepare comparison statements, and assist in finalizing subcontract agreements.
- Monitor project expenditures, maintain cost control, and prepare periodic cost reports to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
- Manage and process variations, change orders, and claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely approvals.
- Ensure all cost-related activities comply with company procedures, contractual requirements, and industry standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of UAE experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction field
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and cost control
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
