Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor with experience in main contracting projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling quantity estimation, cost control, subcontractor coordination, and project billing activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and rate analysis
  • Handle tender documentation and subcontractor evaluation
  • Monitor project costs, budgeting, and cost reporting
  • Prepare interim payment applications, variations, VO & claims
  • Conduct final account preparation and project closing documentation
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
  • Monitor project budget, cash flow, and material usage
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Main Contracting companies
  • Good knowledge of measurement standards, contracts, and cost control
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS-related software
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • UAE experience will be an added advantage
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred Candidate:

  • Experience handling commercial/residential construction projects
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
  • Good coordination and reporting skills
