Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site quantity take-offs and measurements for Civil and/or MEP works
• Prepare and verify interim valuations, invoices, and payment applications
• Assist in managing variations, claims, and change orders
• Monitor project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors on commercial matters
• Maintain accurate records of site progress, quantities, and financial data
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual terms
• Contribute to cost reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Background in Civil or MEP works preferred
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying and measurement
• Strong understanding of site operations and construction processes
• Good numerical, analytical, and reporting skills
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of QS tools/software is an advantage
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on UAE-based projects
• Ability to work independently on-site and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Contract Duration:

• 18 months
