Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cost planning, procurement, and commercial reporting
- Assist in contract administration and valuations
- Support project delivery teams with cost control and financial management
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
Requirements:
- 7 10 years experience (8+ years preferred)
- Strong background in quantity surveying within construction projects
- Ambition to progress into a senior role
- Excellent communication and commercial awareness
