Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage all cost-related aspects of construction projects, including estimating, budgeting, and contract management, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Monitor project expenses and manage cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Review and evaluate contractor bills, variations, and claims
- Conduct risk analysis and provide cost-saving recommendations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial compliance
- Maintain accurate records and produce regular cost reports
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3 7 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management
- Proficiency in QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX)
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and regulations preferred
