Required Skills :

• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in fit-out, interior, or joinery projects.
  
• Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and local market rates.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost management tools (MS Project or Primavera).
  
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills.

  Key Responsibilities :
  

  • Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents for fit-out and joinery projects.
    
  • Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work for precise quantity take-offs.
    
  • Manage procurement, subcontractor quotations, and cost comparisons.
    
  • Administer contracts, variations, and progress payment certificates.
    
  • Conduct site visits to verify quantities and monitor work progress.
    
  • Monitor and control project budgets, cash flows, and financial reports.
    
  • Support value engineering initiatives to optimize costs without compromising design intent.
    
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients on cost and contractual matters.
