Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
- Handling and reviewing all quantity surveying data related to subcontractors and labor works
- Preparing and verifying measurements, quantities, and progress reports
- Performing quantity surveying and measurements on AutoCAD drawings
- Extracting quantities from drawings and site works
- Following up on executed works on site
- Coordinating with site engineers and subcontractors
- Assisting in cost control and payment certifications
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Saturday, 8AM to 1:00PM
Location: Adma
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quantity surveying within contracting/construction projects
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel
- Ability to read drawings and extract quantities accurately
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
