Roles & Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities

* Should have prior experience in Oil & Gas Construction Companies engaged in Cross-Country Pipelines, Flowlines, Gathering Stations, and related Civil works.


* Candidates with UAE Oil & Gas project exposure, especially with ADNOC or other major EPC clients, will be preferred.


* Well-versed in both Mechanical works (pipelines, flowlines, structures, equipment foundations) and Civil works (earthworks, concrete works, structural works, building foundations, paving, and infrastructure).


* Strong background in Quantity Surveying, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and contract administration.


* Preparing and analyzing cost estimates for mechanical and civil works.


* Conducting detailed quantity take-offs for pipelines, flowlines, structural steel, and civil foundations.


* Producing accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) as per project specifications.


* Evaluating variations and change orders with accurate cost assessments and recommendations.


* Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for proper cost control and reporting.


* Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools (Candy, CostX, AutoCAD, MS Excel).


* Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
