Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and finalize tender documents, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Conduct detailed quantity take-offs based on drawings and project specifications.
Support the tendering process by analyzing subcontractor quotations and supplier pricing.
Prepare pre-contract documentation, including contractual clarifications and commercial submissions.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate cost evaluations.
Ensure all documentation complies with project, company, and industry standards.
Assist in risk assessment, commercial analysis, and value engineering activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
5 10 years of relevant experience, specifically in Pre-Contract / Tender functions.
Proven experience in civil infrastructure projects.
Must have worked in construction/contracting companies.
Strong analytical and cost-estimation skills.
Excellent understanding of tender procedures and contract documentation.
Local candidates with Transferable Iqama only.
