Roles & Responsibilities

Quantity take-off, subcontract verification and assisting QS Manager where required.

Payment preparation, variation order, submittal and follow up.

Material usage statistical analysis.

Compilation of material information supplied by subcontractors and suppliers.

Preparation and submittal of Material Approval Requests including following up with the consultant Engineer to secure approval.

Subcontractor payment and variation preparation.

Measuring quantities related to approved drawings, documents and comparing with contracts.

Measuring repair costs for defective/repeated/replaced/unused etc. works or materials in coordination with PQM.
