Contribute to design-led Value Engineering exercises by preparing comparative cost analyses and option evaluations that optimize project value without compromising quality or performance
Assist in the preparation and ongoing management of commercial and cost risk registers, ensuring risks are actively monitored and mitigated throughout design stages
Prepare comprehensive cost inputs and reports to support project steering, governance reviews, and client reporting, with clear documentation of assumptions, risks, and budget status
Liaise effectively with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure coordinated, accurate, and timely cost information across all project phases
Ensure all cost management deliverables comply with local UAE regulations, client governance requirements, and international best practice standards (RICS/NRM)
Utilize industry-standard digital tools and software to support measurement, cost planning, reporting, and project coordination
Support the development of tender documentation and cost-related contract provisions during pre-contract phases
Analyze and present cost implications of design alternatives and construction methodologies to support decision-making
