Quantity Surveyor - Mechanical Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC., Riyadh

Assist in preparation of budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts for mechanical works

Monitor project costs and report deviations against approved budgets

Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives

Measure mechanical works including HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting

Prepare interim payment applications and subcontractor valuations

Verify executed quantities against site progress and drawings

Identify and assist in preparation of mechanical variations and change orders

Maintain records for claims related to additional works or delays

Assist in assessment of subcontractor claims

Assist in administration of mechanical contracts in accordance with contract conditions (FIDIC or similar)

Prepare contractual correspondence under guidance of senior staff

Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company procedures

Assist in preparation of tender documents and commercial evaluations for mechanical subcontract packages

Support subcontract negotiations and award processes

Monitor subcontractor commercial performance

Prepare cost reports, statements, and supporting documentation

Maintain accurate commercial records and logs

Coordinate with mechanical engineers, project managers, planning, and procurement teams

Attend site meetings and provide commercial input
