Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates and bills of quantities for MEP components of facility and construction projects
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical documents to identify MEP requirements
• Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to finalize tender packages
• Conduct cost comparisons and evaluations for subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Monitor site progress and variations, preparing cost reports and interim valuations
• Manage contractual claims and assist in preparing final accounts
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and client-specific regulations
• Provide cost-saving recommendations and value engineering input during execution
• Maintain documentation and logs of procurement and cost control activities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong understanding of MEP systems in building and maintenance projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity take-off software
• Good negotiation and analytical skills
