Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed fit‑out works,

• Conduct quantity take‑offs from drawings, site measurements, and specifications.

• Develop cost estimates, budgets, and pricing sheets for tenders and variations.

• Analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs to ensure accurate project costing.
