Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage project cost control after project award.

• Prepare interim payment applications and valuation reports.

• Handle variation orders and claims.

• Verify subcontractor invoices and work progress.

• Coordinate with site team and consultants.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying

• 4–7 years UAE contracting experience

• Strong knowledge of BOQ, measurement, and contract administration
